The lunch is very good, and the people in the other departments are nice.

The turnover rate is very high. There is a lot of work to do, but the pay is not very high—it's basically just a tiny bit above the base salary. There is hardly any year-end bonus. It should be a good place to accumulate experience because you have to handle everything yourself, but I would not recommend it to young people who are capable but have little experience, because they will be looked down on by people in a certain department.
