1. I interviewed for an editor position, and there were two senior colleagues in the first-round interview. They were very pleasant to talk to.

1. The second-round interview was with the owner of the company. They showed up 40 minutes late—almost an hour—for a scheduled online interview, and the person handling the phone calls and email replies couldn't explain what was going on.
2. During the interview, the owner asked me many questions, but seemed a little absent-minded, perhaps because they hadn't slept well. After the interview in the morning, another non-HR employee called me directly that afternoon (why do these people dislike using email? If they call directly, what if someone is at work and can't answer, resulting in a missed call?) and said: “Our owner thinks you might be better suited for marketing. Would you like to consider it?” I said I wasn't interested in that area. They said, “In that case, all right then,” and hung up the phone？？？？？ I never heard from them again, and I couldn't be bothered to email and ask. They really showed a great deal of respect for interviewees :)
