A ridiculous company. We agreed on an interview time, but just two hours before the interview, they called to say it had to be moved earlier because the supervisor had a meeting. Why didn’t they confirm this properly beforehand? Not long after I left the interview, they called to ask whether I could do a second interview that same day. Hello??? Do you think other people have nothing better to do? After changing it to another time, they waited until that morning to say they had already found someone and that I didn’t need to come for the interview after all! WTFffffff, I had already bought the train ticket. Is it acceptable to mess people around like this? I’ve never seen a company that treats interviewees with such little regard. They think far too highly of themselves!

1. There is absolutely no need for a second interview; all the questions can be resolved in one session. It was simply because you weren’t available the first time.
2. You were repeatedly interrupted by LINE messages during the interview, and you even paused the interview directly to wait for your reply. Even the manager from the first stage did not bring a phone into the interview. No matter how many important matters you have, this is incredibly disrespectful. I can’t imagine what it would be like to work under you.
3. Since you want to help interview candidates while jointly preparing to launch the company, please understand that company’s benefits and systems. Don’t respond to every question with “I don’t know,” only saying “I suppose,” “probably,” and so on…
4. Your answers were completely off point. When asked about your strengths and weaknesses, I wasn’t asking you to embellish your substandard workplace culture. If you fundamentally believe that Z>B, then what is there left to discuss?
5. If you’re very tired, go to sleep. Your time isn’t that much more valuable than mine.
