As a subsidiary of the Lion Travel Group, benefits are provided in accordance with those offered internally by Lion Travel. On red-letter days, employees take the corresponding number of days off that month.
The manager and their spouse are extremely irresponsible. They were originally supposed to conduct regular evaluations and provide salary adjustments, but they deliberately neglected to do so until employees reminded them, causing all employees to remain on probationary salaries for a long time or go years without a salary increase.
Employees must comply with the managers’ various unreasonable demands, including taking on responsibility for increasing revenue, which should be handled by the managers (any shortfall in revenue is always blamed on the employees).
When told that staffing was insufficient and more employees needed to be hired, or that damaged equipment needed to be replaced, the managers always refused, citing poor revenue as the reason.
