The environment is nice and the space is spacious.

I brought my own résumé, but still had to fill out the information again upon arrival.

The interviewer already had information about my work experience, yet kept saying during the interview that I had no relevant teaching experience and that they were looking for someone with teaching experience. If they were going to ask people to come in, shouldn’t they have reviewed their experience first?

It was already clearly stated that they wanted someone with experience, but the interviewer kept asking questions about my previous jobs. In the end, they still said that they needed someone with teaching experience. I don’t know what the point of this whole process was.

Finally, if they had clearly decided not to hire me, why collect my résumé and personal information in the first place?

It really felt as though the interviewer had invited people in just to chat because they had nothing better to do—or perhaps to collect personal information.

They are very selective about candidates, but it doesn't match the job duties.

The environment is also good.

You need to have good English and mathematical thinking to get an interview. Otherwise, you won't even have the opportunity to interview. They only ask you to fill in basic family information and complete tests. It is somewhat a waste of job seekers' time.
