A company that does not pay wages
The written test is not easy and requires a great deal of brainpower and time (though that may be because I’m inexperienced). It gives you an idea that, if hired, you’ll need to work very hard to learn and adapt.
The manager explained the job responsibilities very thoroughly and was also very willing to answer questions. The manager said they are willing to train newcomers who are willing to learn from the ground up and develop them into salespeople capable of working independently. Although the job does not seem easy, it is suitable for people who want to start from scratch and learn how to work in sales.
The company is indeed located inside a building. There is a sign on the first floor, but there is no sign at the company entrance, which was slightly unsettling. However, I returned safely.
The interview process took 2.5 hours in total, which was relatively long and tiring. The written test took about 1.5 hours, and there was also a conversation in Japanese.
No advantages were apparent during the interview.
