The interview atmosphere was fairly cordial, and the company's interior design and location are very upscale. There was no written test, but there was an oral examination—you understand XXX, right? The atmosphere was cordial, and if your abilities were insufficient, they would tell you directly that you were not a good fit instead of leaving you hanging and waiting indefinitely. I really liked that. They also recommended several books for me to read. The company regularly requires overtime; basically, work often extends past 9 p.m. The pressure is high, and it is a small company.
