The location is very convenient. The office is on a high floor, with training rooms right next door and large windows offering an excellent view. Most colleagues are easygoing young people who are suitable for making friends. Of course, there are also the boss’s favorites who act friendly with everyone and then stab people in the back. The managers are kind and approachable, and the organization is flat with direct communication; then they hold grudges and look for opportunities to mess with people and get revenge. There are many courses that would be expensive if purchased externally that employees can take for free. Otherwise, there are practically no employee benefits worth mentioning (labor and health insurance and overtime pay are not employee benefits).

The company has all the problems one would expect of a company that considers itself a startup. Rule by individuals means there are no systems. The struggles among managers to grab business, along with their incompetence in ruining their own departments, are leading the entire company toward decline and making it impossible to retain longtime employees. The company can only keep hiring young employees to suppress wages, as well as interns and part-time workers. Interns and part-time workers effectively keep much of the company’s operations running.
