You can do your own things at work; the main duties are miscellaneous tasks. The monthly salary is 25K, with 8 days off per month.
Cons
There are no bonuses whatsoever (including the three traditional holiday bonuses). The only way to get a raise is to come to work on your days off (1,000 per day).
