The boss doesn't understand technology and chooses managers based on seniority, but the technologies used are all outdated.

1. The interview was very perfunctory—they hired me without even looking at my portfolio.
2. The workflow was a complete mess. The work assignments kept being changed again and again, and there was never a finalized version. Everything depended on the boss’s mood, making you feel like you were doing unpaid work while being pressured to finish it within tight deadlines. It was completely ridiculous.
3. They required employees to take work home on holidays, with neither overtime pay nor compensatory leave.
4. There was no year-end bonus or holiday bonuses, contrary to what was stated on 104.
5. It’s considered a startup, so the benefits are... questionable.
6. There were no established systems or procedures.
7. They had no sense of project timeline planning. They expected you to complete in one month a project that should have taken half a year.
I originally went just to take a look and wasn’t particularly interested in the position. I didn’t expect it to be such a disaster. Anyone going for an interview should think twice.
Unexpectedly, if I really had to mention something, the employees were playing music directly in the office that day, and it was fairly loud. I imagine work must be pretty free-spirited.
The interviewer seemed a bit problematic. They kept getting hung up on certain terms and even explained some of them incorrectly, making me feel that they actually didn’t understand them. This interviewer would also be my future supervisor, so I decided not to proceed.
As for the environment, it looked okay from outside through the glass door. Once I actually stepped inside, it felt a bit like a warehouse, with lots of boxes stacked in the corridors. However, I didn’t see the office area, so I can’t provide an opinion.
Regarding benefits, you can ignore the stock allocation and subscription mentioned on 104, because it’s actually a startup that isn’t publicly listed. The interviewer really liked using the word “future,” telling the interviewee how things would be in the future and so on. It seemed like bait. I’m sorry, but I didn’t have the nerve to ask about the other benefits. I couldn’t very well ask, “So are the other benefits also only available in the future, like the stock?”
In summary, the interviewer mentioned how far along the current product was, and it seemed fairly complete. I don’t understand why they haven’t launched it yet and are continuing to develop other features. Maybe the boss has already seen into the future and realized that customers won’t buy it without these features. In any case, it felt strange, so I don’t really recommend it.
The interview was very casual. The interviewer was the general manager, who seemed to have no technical knowledge at all. You should be able to get an offer easily.
The office is messy and shared with other companies, so there is constant noisy chatter.
The salary offered will be cut—by an outrageous amount.
After asking about the benefits, I found that the year-end bonus, three holiday bonuses, and so on listed on 104 are all nonexistent!
The interview was lengthy, with them repeatedly talking about some company理念, while being evasive about employee benefits.
