No pros
The boss is a major problem
There is absolutely no system in place
The pay is mediocre, but the workload is ridiculously heavy
They expect one person to do the work of three; it’s not a place worth wasting your time working at
The location is okay (a pro!?)
The salary offered isn't very high, but the expectations are clearly much higher than the pay.
They expect you to know a whole lot of things, and to do everything well and quickly. There's also a huge amount of work.
On top of that, the boss's emotional management is also somewhat...
Not to mention the way they go back on their word.
They even order afternoon tea for themselves without ever asking anyone else if they want anything.
No one is asking you to treat them—asking would not be that difficult.
They treat employees like subordinates; there is no sense of being colleagues.
New hires also leave after only a short time, so the turnover rate is extremely high.
