HR is very unprofessional. When you ask questions, the information you receive may not be the truth, and you may be misled. After asking repeatedly, you still need to verify the information yourself, because the HR representative may provide you with incorrect information. HR also tends to take the company’s side rather than consider things from the employees’ perspective.
All I can say is that this is not a happy company; it is merely an illusion created on the surface.
