The workload is fairly manageable.
The team leader of Art Group X is not only two-faced but also extremely emotionally volatile. When you express an opinion about the work, he says that you are trying to tell him how to do his job. If you reject something he recommends because you feel it is unsuitable, he immediately blows up. If your work is praised by a senior manager, he will immediately find all kinds of ways to make things difficult for you behind the scenes. He will first call you in for hundreds of meetings to pick at your mistakes or pretend to guide you, when in fact he is laying the groundwork for what he will do to you later. Then he will keep “checking in” on your personal life. At first, he will unintentionally let slip that next time he will promote you in front of everyone. In front of everyone and the manager, he will continually praise you and act like your sworn brother, causing no one to believe you even when you tell them the truth.

Halfway through the interview, someone suddenly needed to use the meeting room, so the interview was abruptly ended. After escorting me out of the meeting room, they just left me standing there, and the other person didn’t explain anything to me, instead chatting with someone else on their own. I could only leave dejectedly on my own.
If they are this disrespectful during the interview, I imagine working with them in practice wouldn’t be very pleasant either～
