They scheduled an interview with me for Monday afternoon, so I specifically took half a day off and rode all the way from Taipei to the main gate of Chung Yuan Christian University. After spending over an hour getting there, none of their staff on-site seemed to know anything. They asked me to wait, then told me their assistant manager had caught a cold and that the interview had been postponed until the next day. It felt like they had simply forgotten and made up a random excuse to brush me off. If something unexpected happened, they could have called to let me know. They did not even apologize, which was extremely disrespectful to an interviewee. They also made me call back to arrange a time with their assistant manager. I was extremely upset. They wasted my time and the money I lost by taking the afternoon off work.
