There is air conditioning in winter
This company could basically be called North Korea: it is completely ruled by one person. No matter how professional you are, if the company's great boss lady, the empress dowager who also serves as the company's highest-ranking executive, feels unhappy, she can say that even 1+1=2 is wrong and tell you to go back and reflect properly. She basically treats the company like her home—she comes in when she feels like it, and when she doesn't, she remotely controls things from home. If you make her unhappy, she rushes back to the company to berate, mock, and insult you. She keeps dragging the company downward, and the boss is extremely protective of her.
Then there is Director Jaxper, also known as the king of pretending to be familiar, pretending to know things, and pretending to be smart. Online, he constantly claims to have founded a company and to be a cross-disciplinary expert with experience as a UX designer, iOS developer, PM, and CTO. In reality, he is not a professional in any of these areas. He only knows a few technical terms and then starts giving others arbitrary instructions. Not to mention that he did not actually start a company at all—it just happened that your friend became the boss, that you happened to be on good terms with him, and that he happened to let you take this senior executive position. You have no ability, competence, or expertise, so there is really nothing to be arrogant about. And you still want to instruct people who have worked in their professional fields for years—isn't that a little naive?
In short, if you see a job opening at this company and want to apply, I beg you on behalf of all the company's employees: please don't. The environment here is so poor that it feels like the Third World. It won't let you focus on your work; it will only make you spend your time figuring out how to avoid being messed with.
