Pros
The company encourages making mistakes, so you can learn a lot.
The salary is also fairly good. (My experience applies to the Taichung office; I have never worked at a store.)
Cons
It gets very busy during busy periods, and overtime may be necessary (but it is not mandatory; the company does not encourage overtime).
