Cons
The 11-hour workdays are too long, with only half an hour of break in the morning and evening. The break area, including the dining area, is in a cramped stairwell. Wages during the probationary period are the statutory minimum wage. You may be fired immediately if you take sick leave due to a fever that day when staffing is tight.
