Nitpicked my résumé, repeatedly demanded that I change positions, and the salary did not match what was advertised!
From the interview onward, they kept nitpicking my qualifications, and they were not listening to the content of the conversation at all, repeatedly going on about how young people nowadays should join a company with a learning mindset. However, I had made it clear from the beginning that I had similar work experience and could get up to speed immediately upon joining the company. They completely ignored what I said. During the interview, they did not explain the job duties, but instead wanted me to work directly at the front desk to gain experience and start from the entry level. Later, they offered a salary that was clearly lower than the amount listed on the job bank!

The colleagues at the company are very scheming and will ostracize and bully newcomers. The supervisors are the same. Most of them are two-faced or will openly make things difficult for you. They dump all the work on newcomers, which is extremely stressful.

The work atmosphere in the breakfast area is very poor; everyone is petty and routinely bullies newcomers.
Especially the person with the longest hair tied in a ponytail.
The manager also publicly bullies employees in the group chat and is a very low-class supervisor.
The assistant manager’s girlfriend at the front desk likes to throw her weight around; she is very calculating and two-faced.
It can be a place to gain experience, but bad supervisors also bring bad colleagues, so it is not suitable for staying long-term.
