The HR staff were quite friendly.
They did not inform me in advance that there would be a test, and the interview room had poor soundproofing. Halfway through the interview, I could even hear someone in the next room being reprimanded.
The supervisor's attitude was not very good. For more than half of the interview, they basically did not look at the candidate, asked many questions unrelated to the job, and responded in a very sarcastic and harsh manner.

Job responsibilities: Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expenses for the U.S. headquarters, as well as some administrative tasks for the U.S. headquarters
Experience: The interview included written tests translating Chinese to English and English to Chinese. The interview lasted approximately one hour, with both HR and the department manager present. The department manager asked what I knew about the company from online sources and about the job responsibilities from 104, as well as what methods I would use to get up to speed quickly when facing a new job.
The main contacts I have to deal with at work are primarily people in the United States. Therefore, when Taiwan has a national holiday but the U.S. does not, employees need to take turns covering shifts with their colleagues. Shift coverage can be compensated with compensatory leave or overtime pay. Since the work is almost always time-sensitive, tasks often need to be completed the same day, which sometimes requires working overtime. However, the position is under a responsibility-based system, so there is no overtime pay.
