The salary is pretty good.
There are lots of cliques within the company, and plenty of rumors and gossip spread behind people's backs. In the afternoons, the same group of people all gather in the lounge and talk extremely loudly. The Administration Department wants to control everything, and people constantly spread rumors privately. If you don't want to be bullied in the workplace, don't join. The company was founded only a few years ago, yet people have been leaving in waves. They're currently trying to drive out those who have been there for two years, and almost everyone with three years' tenure has already left. At the moment, it's mostly first-year employees.
There were two rounds in the interview.
The first round with HR was fairly normal.
In the second round, the interviewer seemed very disrespectful. They kept looking at their phone and checking messages throughout the interview. I applied for an Android engineer position, but the interviewer did not understand Android at all.
Not understanding it would have been one thing, but they also criticized Android, saying things like it did not involve much technical knowledge and was very simple.
The interview ended in less than 30 minutes. It felt very disrespectful to the interviewee. ==
