Interview questions:
The questions about performance-based commission were vague and unclear. Even after joining, they still could not explain them clearly, always saying that everything would be discussed after the probationary period.
Work-related issues after joining:
My girlfriend works at this clinic. When she first joined, her senior colleagues and supervisor gave her a hard time in every way. The supervisor did not teach her anything at all, so my girlfriend had to search for information and learn on her own, organize her own notes, and ask experienced colleagues. The supervisor would also sow discord among others, apparently afraid that people would speak ill of them behind their back. [The office politics there are extremely frightening.]
Problems at work:
During the interview, they said the probationary period would be three months. However, even though my girlfriend met her performance targets, they delayed passing her probation until the fourth month.
During the probationary period:
There were only six days off per month, with the explanation that two days had to be used for training.
Regarding the three days of annual leave after six months, HR said that the probationary period did not count, so the three days of annual leave would only be available six months after passing probation. The company's regulations are apparently even more “great” than Taiwan's Labor Standards Act.
Would you still want to work for a company like this?
