It could be said that there were absolutely no advantages.

1. The interview location was in XX Park, and the company's office was tucked away in the far corner of the floor. If the security guard hadn't shown me where to go, I probably would have been lost for a long time.

2. After I finished filling out the basic information and handed it to the company's staff member, no one paid any attention to me (there was no reception desk or front desk staff). So I had no choice but to stand awkwardly to the side holding the documents. About 5–10 minutes later, a male manager walked past me and merely gestured with his eyes for me to follow him.

3. During the interview, this male manager pulled down his pants twice (I am a woman)!

The store manager asks personal and private questions during the interview, or uses their inexplicable logic to correct the way you speak.

Later, after I found a job, I called the store, but the response was very rude and they even hung up.

Those who want to apply may want to think twice…

The quality of the store manager at a certain location is truly hard to compliment.

I believe not every store manager is like this, but I don’t know whether it’s because the franchise store wanted to find someone to take over quickly, so the manager’s training time was insufficient and there may still be a considerable gap in quality…
