The conditions and standards of the headhunter and the hiring manager are completely different, so the trip was a waste of time.
At first, I had heard a little about this company. Its products seemed pretty good, and many excellent friends of mine worked there, so I submitted my résumé. I also received an interview invitation very quickly—the HR team was very efficient.
1. The company's decor was very modern, and the building's rose-gold elevators were quite distinctive.
2. HR was very polite when coordinating and confirming the interview, and I was notified of the result afterward rather than being left without any response.
1. The company had no receptionist or front desk. A young woman who looked like a part-time student took me to a meeting room to wait. Therefore, my first impression of the company's employees was seeing them walk around practically bouncing. I couldn't help wondering, "How happy must they be to work here?"
2. The two managers who interviewed me looked like they had graduated from university no more than two years ago. An interview certainly doesn't require a smile, but you also shouldn't look as though I owe you several million dollars and haven't paid you back. Aside from some standard questions based on my résumé, the questions were about the same as those asked in interviews for university club officers—completely different from the level of professionalism I had expected.
3. When I asked several questions about the job and your team, such as its size and working hours, both interviewers were evasive and hesitant. I wasn't sure whether they hadn't decided who would answer, didn't know which team they were in, or simply weren't familiar with the team members.
The office environment is very stylish; I really liked it.

I traveled all the way from Kaohsiung to Taipei for an interview for the “Administrative Receptionist” position. Although the interview was very pleasant, I was ultimately rejected. I initially wondered why they were looking for a man for this position, but I thought that since it was an opportunity, I would give it a try. First, there was a 15-minute Chinese-to-English translation test. Because I wanted to make my translation as perfect as possible, I had a little of the test left unfinished when it was collected. I asked whether I could have a little more time, but they said that wasn’t possible. Later, I interviewed with the administrative department manager. Although there weren’t any particularly difficult questions to answer, I felt that both the HR representative and the department manager looked troubled as soon as they heard that I lived in Kaohsiung, had traveled north for the interview, and would need to rent a place to live afterward.
I saw that the office was very large~ That's about it.
The people inside seemed rather cold and indifferent.
The interviewers were one man and one woman.
The woman had an extremely bad attitude~ It felt like I owed her money, and she would even glare at people. During the interview, I honestly found it really inexplicable XD
The male manager had a relatively better attitude.
The members of this company are basically all from National Taiwan University, and they seem to come from the same small group at NTU (for example, they might all have been staff members at the NTU Arts Festival together~ Although I do think this kind of situation, where one person brings in another, is quite common). I also went to NTU, but perhaps I wasn't considered part of the same circle as them XD Looking at Facebook and LinkedIn, several people's internship/work experience was at the same company.
I applied for the Campaign Analyst position. The actual job is basically running ads.... You won't really work with any AI.
Also, this position prefers people with project experience or previous experience running ads.
Once you join, you'll be responsible for managing clients' accounts. To be honest, there's nothing particularly special about it, because the company's advertised AI has little to do with you XD

First, please note that the following experience occurred at the end of 2015, so it may not be accurate now.
Around September, HR proactively contacted me for an interview. Because I wanted to receive my year-end bonus from my current company, I replied that the earliest I could start working at the new company would be early the following year, and there was no further news for the time being. In November, HR contacted me again. Since she seemed very sincere, I decided to schedule a Skype call to talk first.
We originally arranged to have the Skype call at 7 p.m., so I rushed home in a hurry, but they ended up coming online about half an hour late. Not only did the interviewer come online late, but HR also did not come on first to say hello. Two young engineers, one man and one woman, interviewed me via Skype. They did not seem particularly prepared; it felt as though they had just been pulled in after finishing a meeting. This may be my personal bias, but I felt their tone was full of arrogance. They asked about the work and contributions from my previous job, including some technical details. It ended after about half an hour.
Perhaps we all felt that we did not have much to talk about. I was also rather dissatisfied with their overall attitude. After that, the process went silent, and I couldn't be bothered to ask about the follow-up.
