1. You are asked to work overtime far too often, which is different from what I originally expected. In addition, the boss often messages you on LINE after work or on holidays to assign tasks, so you have to work overtime at home to handle them.
2. The employee turnover rate is extremely high, especially among new hires, who usually do not stay long.
3. The boss said that even CECI employees do not have annual salaries as high as what he pays us. We thought that CECI employees were also that poorly paid, but after seeing the salary information shared by CECI employees, we realized that this was completely untrue.
4. Why does the company deduct tax from performance bonuses before paying them out? But then we have to pay tax again when filing taxes. Isn't that being taxed twice? I still cannot understand why.
5. Every employee is assigned too many tasks at the same time, and the tasks are often unrelated, making it difficult to learn and get up to speed. There is never enough time.
6. We often have to pay expenses upfront and then submit reimbursement claims.
7. Even when there was construction work underway the previous evening and we had to supervise it, there was no compensatory time off the next day.
8. The computers are very poor and too slow, which significantly affects work efficiency.
9. Parking near the company is extremely difficult, and it is very inconvenient if you do not rent a parking space.
