Pros
The boss rarely comes into the office, and there are no managers, so it’s easy to coast.
Cons
New hires can’t learn anything. The interview oversells the job. Senior employees who want to get things done should avoid saying too much, especially when dealing with the boss’s wife. By the way, she is actually the one making the decisions. Her capacity for tolerance is… The male employees are just henpecked husbands, and all engineering matters are managed by the men. If you want to join, think it through carefully.
