I dreamed that
my department manager could turn black into white,
turn competence into garbage, turn experience into food waste,
turn communication into doubt, turn discussion into dictatorship,
and, even more impressively, turn the responsibility into yours.
1. The interviewer was very nice and willing to listen to my work experience without interrupting or commenting on it.
2. Although the interview took quite a long time, it definitely gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my strengths. I was given a copywriting task on the spot and encouraged to fully showcase my abilities.
3. Everyone has areas for improvement. The interviewer pointed mine out and suggested areas of knowledge I could strengthen. I did not feel uncomfortable because of this; rather, it helped me better understand where I still needed to work harder.
There was nothing inappropriate about the interview process that I felt was worth mentioning.

The manager is very condescending.
They respond skeptically to anything you say about your work experience.
They define the nature of your past work based on their own perceptions,
and argue forcefully with you in order to make you admit that your past experience was not what you thought it was.
Extremely disrespectful.
