2017 interview: Color Matching Specialist
There was no receptionist at the lobby. HR took me to a small room and asked me several situational questions. Throughout the interview, only HR explained the company’s organizational structure: there were approximately two design groups—one specialized in drawing in the office, while the other had to travel for fieldwork, such as going to factories to understand color discrepancies in ceramic pieces.
However, by the end of the interview, no supervisor from this department came to interview me.
HR said that if I passed this initial interview, I would be notified the following week about a second interview, which would include a computer-based test.
Of course, as mentioned on PTT, there was no follow-up notification. They recruit all year round. If they are not short-staffed, they should not waste applicants’ time.
