There is an information gap between management and employees. Some people say that public holidays are days off, while others say they are not. After actually asking, I found out that public holidays are not days off unless they are specifically marked as leave. In addition, wages are not calculated according to the Labor Standards Act, and it seems that there is no overtime pay either.

The boss is willing to delegate authority, listen to employees, and think about their needs. Employee welfare is highly valued, and there is often food available at the company. The colleagues are all very easy to get along with.
