In any case, it’s just a company that takes on projects and sells manpower. It uses SoftStone from across the strait as its backing all day, but in reality you can’t feel that there’s much interaction at all. Turnover is extremely high, the technical skills aren’t anything special, they’re excellent at talking, and the atmosphere is strange.
