Pros
It’s interesting to interact with different types of clients.
There is less need for cold outreach.
Cons
The boss is emotional. When things are going well, everything is fine, but when they are not, the boss will resort to harsh verbal outbursts. Emotional management needs improvement.
Although the company claims to give employees an open and free environment, it is actually rather authoritarian.
There is not enough staff.
