After I finished introducing myself, they started explaining the job and asked whether I had PM experience. They said they mainly needed a PM, and if I had no experience, they were sorry, then asked me to leave the company. The entire process took less than five minutes.

I found it completely baffling, especially since I had ridden for 20 minutes to get there. It was absolutely terrible.
