The company has a whole bunch of strange rules. The supervisor is impossible to communicate with, only making after-the-fact comments and spreading messages carelessly, conveying incorrect information to upper management. They really don't understand employees' feelings or thoughts. Communication is completely impossible. For example, the company said there would be a department meal, but there wasn't, and there was no discussion about adjusting the salary after three months. They lower your salary as soon as you join, then tell interviewees that it will be adjusted after three months. It's all a trick to lure people in! Think carefully before coming!
