The colleagues in the office are generally easy to get along with, and the average age starts with a 5. Easygoing as they may be, no one will help you when you run into problems~ Dear~
After joining the company, no one will train or guide you; you have to complete everything on your own.
The budget is limited. The company keeps cutting costs in places where it should spend, while unconsciously throwing money at places where it should save.
Most importantly: you are responsible for your own work after hours! Responsible! Responsible! There is no overtime pay. Only after 7:30 p.m. will you get an extra 80 yuan for dinner (provided that you return to the office to clock in; if you are out and about, you get nothing~). The same goes for clocking in in the morning. Although 9:00–9:30 is supposedly flexible time, if you clock in at 9:01, you inevitably cannot leave until after 6:30 p.m. (normally, it is 6:00 p.m.).
There are also meaningless, lengthy meetings. Senior management's ideas are unclear, and a lot of time is spent on a single issue.
Don't waste your time.
The company that currently violates the Labor Standards Act the most among those I’ve encountered in southern Taiwan.
The company’s policies have been talked about for ages but never clearly established; everything is decided solely by the boss, who does whatever they want.
When joining the company, you are required to sign a contract stating that if you leave within seven days, you will not be paid.
They claim that the money is given to you to enroll in labor and health insurance through the trade union, but after labor and health insurance deductions, new employees earn less than NT$22,000 during the probationary period.
Packers are paid only NT$90 per hour, deliberately exploiting women returning to the workforce.
The boss spends all day neglecting company matters and is busy with Junior Chamber affairs.
They also bring members back to the company to discuss business, but in reality they just chat and make empty promises. While employees have not yet finished work, the boss is already holding a party next door (a Junior Chamber family gathering).
Going there is truly a waste of time and self-destruction of your career.
Long-term employees who have stayed for more than five years, including labor and health insurance subsidies, earn NT$25,000.
Packers still earn NT$90 per hour even after working there for two years.
The company sells defective products, receives returns when they do not sell well, and then blames the employees for the performance.
This company has serious problems =_=
