The same job openings have been posted for several years.
There are more people now... but whether managers or HR, they all have an attitude as if they are very impressive.
However, people in the industry know... the reason the company makes the news is that the doctor who owns it is impressive—not the company itself.
Trying to introduce factory management using a laboratory/design-house mindset?
I believe there will be highly capable professionals who can accomplish it!
