I interviewed individually on 114/5/21. On 114/5/22, the company notified me via LINE to confirm my start date. On 114/5/23, I was informed by phone that they no longer needed me for the position.
During the interview on 114/5/21, Ms. Wang told me that my salary requirements were not a problem. In addition to sensing the company’s sincerity, I was also told that I could be hired immediately that same day. However, the company’s benefits and promotion opportunities were unclear, so I told the company that I needed more time to consider. After thinking it over for one night, I decided on 114/5/22 to contact Ms. Wang again. Her response made me feel that the company still offered room for development, and at that time on 5/22, my start date was confirmed as 114/5/27. After confirming the start date, I canceled my other job interviews.
At 11:23 on 114/5/23, Ms. Wang called to inform me that my start date would be postponed. The reason given was that someone else had started two days earlier than I would have, and that the new employee’s learning progress was going quite well. They would observe the new employee’s progress and notify me whether I should start on 6/1 or 6/2, but there might also no longer be a need to fill the position. I believe integrity is extremely important. Therefore, regarding integrity, I hope this can offer some insight to future interviewees. I also wish everyone success in finding a job.
Leaving work on time
The boss is extremely stingy with employees and has poor emotional intelligence. When in a bad mood, the boss curses at employees, calling them “idiots,” “morons,” and “trash.” Employees also frequently receive messages from the boss in the work group chat after working hours, and they are usually not good news. The boss often emotionally blackmails employees. If you are genuinely interested in dental materials, I recommend looking for another company; it may be more normal, and the atmosphere at work might be better.

The person responsible for arranging the interview was really unprofessional. Both their manner of speaking and their rushing during the interview were not what one would expect from an HR representative at a company that has to deal with many dentists. Overall, the interview was an uncomfortable experience.
