1. The boss has no principles. Activities are announced on a whim, and information about activities is communicated slowly between departments.
2. The company is extremely stingy about salary increases and overtime pay. Overtime pay always has to be fought for, and it is not guaranteed.
3. Although there is an employee welfare committee, its budget is too small. Many benefits are not as good as they used to be, and there are almost no benefits left.
4. The company has no real performance review system. Performance reviews are not transparent, which can lead to issues where supervisors favor some employees and dislike others.
