Even though working hours start at 7:30, you have to arrive at the office early at 6:40.
Normally, employees are prohibited from leaving the premises, but if you have connections, you can go out.
I very, very strongly do not recommend coming here.
A whole bunch of Taiwanese managers have perished here.

Cons
No systems, no labor or health insurance, takes advantage of employees, lots of mainland Chinese managers, the food is extremely bad
Senior managers are all relatives and close associates of the leadership
Everyone has better options; this company is extremely bad
