Pros
There wasn't too much pressure; it was more like having a conversation. They clearly explained the requirements for the talent they currently need, which I thought was great because it made it very clear what kind of talent the company is currently looking for.
Cons
Perhaps the company's benefits system and details could be explained more clearly.
