I interviewed for and worked in an administrative customer service role there several years ago.

The salary was NT$28,000. We did not discuss the benefits in depth, so I am not sure about them.

At the time, the training was extremely inadequate. As soon as you started, you were expected to immediately handle all administrative tasks. It was more suitable for outgoing people, and I would not recommend it to those who take time to warm up to others.

You could not rest at noon because all the lights remained on. Unlike typical companies, they did not turn off the lights to let employees take a lunch break. I do not know whether this has changed since then.

It was a job that left me depressed every day after work.

However, a colleague who joined around the same time is still working there, so if you are interested, you can still give it a try. Perhaps you might become one of this company’s happy colleagues after all?
