The headquarters is in Shanghai, and the Taiwan branch is leaderless, with four managers each acting like the boss. I’ve heard that a manager may be assigned from Shanghai, but I don’t know whether that’s true. The administrative manager always likes to act like the boss but accomplishes nothing and has no professional expertise—just a lot to say. If you accidentally offend them, they will do everything they can to get rid of you. It’s outrageous that they can even get employees dismissed without the boss knowing. Think carefully before joining this company. The salary may be more attractive, but in the long term there is no room for development, and the managers cannot help employees grow or learn anything.
