The company does not absorb any commission at all; it is just a pile of nice-sounding words, with a deceptive bonus and performance system that looks good on paper but is actually meaningless.
I was mistreated for over a year, pushing my EQ and patience to unprecedented heights. They use high targets to lure people into working themselves to the bone, but in reality, you simply cannot attain them.
The overall direction is not very good. The projects only look promising because they have a few major companies’ names attached to them.
Aside from the colleagues’ professionalism, foolishness, and inexperience, we are left to be exploited by clients.
There is also the manager’s incompetence: they lack the ability but do not improve themselves, do not even understand XSS or CORS, and when issues are raised, there are always a pile of excuses. They forget what they said yesterday by today, and even sow discord among colleagues behind their backs.
