Think carefully before joining. The reality before and after the interview is very different. Overtime is frequent. There are no breaks at all during work, except for going to the toilet. You can rest for a few minutes when using the restroom or drinking water.
The work involves packaging on a conveyor belt and requires lifting heavy items. Turnover is extremely high. If you handle pressure well, you can come and give it a try.
The environment is clean and bright, with air conditioning. You can go out for lunch, overtime pay is provided, and there is time off on public holidays.
There are no breaks apart from the lunch break, only two or three minutes at a time for taking turns using the restroom and drinking water.
You may be assigned to positions that involve standing for long periods and moving heavy items, and may be deliberately transferred to positions that require particularly high proficiency.
There is only a ten-minute break during overtime in the evening, so cleaning is rushed. People's attitudes are completely different before the interview and after starting work.
