At this company, employees are forced to stay until their work is finished and cannot leave, so everyone works overtime until very late every day. To avoid being reported, they even leave overtime hours off the pay stubs. The boss spends all day saying that people are useless, yet treats the most useless people as treasures—people who cannot even use applications and spend all day flattering the boss; the key point is that the boss likes hearing it. The production management department has the final say in everything. Advance deductions are issued constantly every day, regardless of whether anyone has made a mistake. They even say that the boss simply does not want to listen. The turnover rate is extremely high. They think offering good salaries will retain people, but capable employees do not fall for this; only people without ability stay because of the salary.

You’re expected to work overtime all day, and if you can’t work overtime for even one day, people assume you’re incompetent. They initially said overtime would only be occasional, but after joining, it turned into occasionally leaving work on time instead. (Speechless.) The production control manager had only been there a short time before being promoted to department manager. They claim to have 30 years of experience, yet can’t even schedule work properly. They have no understanding whatsoever of manufacturing or engineering work. Ridiculous. Also, absolutely do not apply for the production control assistant position—you’ll be worked to death. Your “great” department manager will give you an English name, make you do everything, and then go to the boss to take credit for it. ◉‿◉
