The boss interferes with your work and keeps the decision-making authority for himself. When you notify him one month before the project is completed and closed, he reads the message but does not reply. A few days before the project closes, he wants to hold a meeting to change this and that, often delaying things until only a few days remain, so the revisions cannot be completed without rushing. He also uses leave to make things difficult: if the work is not finished, you are not allowed to take time off. Work is unevenly distributed; some people only need to slack off, and the boss will hold a meeting to transfer their work to someone else.
The male host of the 8:00–10:00 a.m. time slot will use excuses to lose his temper and throw things, and will selfishly take away advertising materials shared by everyone.
