I really can't think of any; at most, there's a guaranteed annual salary equivalent to 14 months.
Cons
They pursue rapid development, so many details aren't handled properly. There are quite a few minor issues.
The general manager only listens to a few senior managers.
They make plenty of promises, but not much actually gets done.
It's a company with a strong overtime culture, but they claim to value employees' families. What a joke.
