Pros
The boss himself speaks politely. Public holidays are off.
Cons
The workspace of the interior design company leaves much to be desired (a residential layout with no decoration, very rudimentary).
The position requires supervising others (somewhat of a managerial role). The salary offered is under NT$50,000 after deducting labor and health insurance contributions.
No overtime pay. Overtime on holidays is compensated with time off on regular weekdays (not sure whether that time off can actually be taken).
