The company wants to hire cheap employees. At the headquarters, probationary pay is calculated only based on the number of working days. For example, if there are 22 working days and the daily wage is 1,000, you will receive only 22,000 this month. No matter what monthly salary you negotiate, that is how it works during the probationary period. With this salary, I might as well work at a convenience store—it’s terrible. The company’s operations seem to be close to collapse.
