Pros
The company environment is very good—large and comfortable, with a nice view and very comfortable chairs.
Cons
There is a lot of work. The administrative departments—accounting, human resources, procurement, and general affairs—each have only one person, so they are extremely busy! The interview is unfair: only the committee members are allowed to ask questions, and you cannot ask any questions yourself! Think very carefully before applying. The salary is high, but you need to consider it carefully.
