Pros
Because of the lack of a management system, it’s not bad if you like having nothing to do.
Cons
The boss loves making grand promises and casually writing checks with words, while lacking a management system and never reviewing or improving. Some senior employees form their own factions, meddle in company affairs, and abuse their power. Salaries are routinely paid late, the company has a large funding gap, suppliers often demand payment, even shipments are affected, and there are no opportunities for development.
