Read the community guidelinesThe office building within the seventh phase is very impressive.
The working hours are too long. We work overtime almost every day, with workdays of more than 10 hours. Sometimes we also have to work overtime on Saturdays.
You’re expected to know how to do everything, so you can learn a great many things.
They’re short on servants, not workers. Just obediently do whatever the boss’s wife says, and don’t have too many opinions or ideas. Meetings called “meetings” are really just one-way announcements of orders.
It’s very suitable for those who want to pad their work experience, but make sure to escape quickly when the time is right!
You could say there are none
One word: terrible
The supervisors are all very servile.
The boss's wife is awful. Year-end bonuses are not guaranteed—run while you can. They often hold meaningless meetings that waste time and delay progress, then criticize you for falling behind schedule. The division of responsibilities is extremely unclear, and engineers are often required to write unnecessary documentation. They constantly claim that the company is not a production line or a one-person dictatorship, and that employees should not just do things the same way but should innovate. Yet whenever employees propose a direction, it is immediately shot down. Anyone with ideas who works there will be targeted. The people who have stayed the longest are generally those who never express opinions in meetings.
The boss's wife lacks technical ability and often says from a layperson's perspective, “Why has this taken you so long? Couldn't you just copy it from another project?” In reality, the architectures are completely different. Employees are also often pulled into one-on-one conversations with her, which creates tremendous pressure. Moreover, this is a husband-and-wife-run company, and it is often obvious that the boss and his wife have different policies, leaving employees confused. The project processes are chaotic: development often begins before a contract is even won. Employees are told to start working before anything is clear, and they even say, “I’ll bet on it!” In the end, many parts of the project have to be redone, and then you are criticized for developing too slowly.
The boss's wife deliberately makes employees uncomfortable and forces them to hand-copy detailed descriptions of their work, while repeatedly saying in a disgusting tone that it is all for the good of the company. The company gives almost no raises; after three years, your salary is about the same as after one year. There is also no clear KPI system—it is all a black box. Oh, and company dinners are limited to NT$500 per person (at Pumpkin House) ^^ This year, they first asked everyone whether they wanted to attend the year-end banquet, then told everyone the next day that there would be no raffle. It was utterly disgusting. The banquet is also held during employees’ off-hours, so they refuse to offer even the slightest benefit~ They are extremely petty. They even deliberately hide the snack cabinet so employees cannot take anything. After reading all this, would you still want to join? What is there to stay for at a company with such a narrow-minded culture? All I can say is that the boss is truly pitiful to have a wife like that. Every capable employee has been driven away one by one, and the company has been established for ten years yet has so few employees it is laughable.
